for clients when they are deciding on a vacant lot to purchase. During a site analysis,
topics such as topography, sun exposure, breezes, building costs and home design
can be discussed and may often help a client determine which lot best suites them.
- We communicate regularly – Communication is a key part of our business both with
you and your client. We make the use of different technologies and encourage you
to ask any questions at any time.
- Our policies are clear and consistent. Stadler Custom Homes was built on maintaining
a high level of quality and workmanship. Whether your client has a budget of $200,000
or $5,000,000, the same level of quality can be expected in the home.
- We respect you as a professional – We realize that real estate is a difficult business,
and we respect your knowledge of the real estate industry. We will not ask you to
